We will host the interview on Zoom. You won’t need to download Zoom on your computer or phone, you’ll just need to click on the link that I’ll send you 24 hours before the chat. The link will also be listed here on this page at the same time.
Click here for a basic link on how to join a Zoom meeting. All participants will have their video and audio turned off when you first enter the meeting. You can decide if you’d like to turn on your video. There will be a chat feature on your screen which will allow you to make comments or ask questions.
There is the possibility that your connection might not be strong enough to stay in the event. If that occurs, leave the meeting and rejoin with the original link from your email notification.
After the interview, we will have a few extra minutes of time to address any outstanding questions or for you to make any comments. We love this interactive portion of the event.
Twelve to twenty-four hours before the event, I’ll send out a Zoom invitation to you by email. Please add Jennifer Steck Arts to your contact list to avoid having the email go to spam. You will also be able to come to this page to find the link. Please check the times so you don’t miss the live interview. We love questions, so you can add your questions and comments to the chat and then near the end, we have the audience participation section where you can turn on your microphone and ask away.
