Zoom invitations will be sent out the evening of July 23rd and an email reminder will be sent out one hour before the chat will begin.
We will host the interview on Zoom. You won’t need to download Zoom on your computer or phone, you’ll just need to click on the link that I’ll send you 12-24 hours before the chat. The link will also be listed here on this page at the same time. Please check your spam folder if you don’t receive it.
Click here for a basic link on how to join a Zoom meeting. All participants will have their video and audio turned off when you first enter the meeting. You can decide if you’d like to turn on your video. There will be a chat feature on your screen which will allow you to make comments or ask questions.
There is the possibility that your connection might not be strong enough to stay in the event. If that occurs, leave the meeting and rejoin with the original link from your email notification.
After the interview, we will have a few extra minutes of time to address any outstanding questions or for you to make any comments. We love this interactive portion of the event.
